BedrijfsinformatieVoor scale-up in Leuven zijn we op zoek naar een Accounting ManagerTakenAls Accounting Teamlead geef je dagelijks leiding aan een team van 4 boekhoudmedewerkers en zorg je dat alles vlot verlooptJe werkt hands-on mee en hebt een aantal eigen dossiersJe begeleidt je team bij complexe vraagstukken, verdeelt het werk evenwichtig en bewaakt de kwaliteit van processenJe bent betrokken vanaf onboarding tot en met de jaarlijkse evaluaties en stimuleert medewerkers in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Met regelmatige overlegmomenten, teamactiviteiten en het vieren van successen bouw je actief aan een positieve teamsfeer, waarin collega’s zich gesteund en gewaardeerd voelenProfielJe hebt een Bachelor of Master in AccountancyJe spreekt vlot Nederlands Je bent een people manager en hebt enkele jaren ervaring als TeamleadAanbodJe komt terecht in een klein teamJe mag rekenen op een contract van onbepaalde duurJe krijgt een interessant brutoloon metbedrijfswagenmaaltijdchequeshospitalisatieverzekeringonkostenvergoeding1-2 dagen thuiswerkflexibele uren12 ADV dagen ...Interesse?
