Bedrijfsinformatie Voor scale-up in Leuven zijn we op zoek naar een Accounting Manager Taken Als Accounting Teamlead geef je dagelijks leiding aan een team van 4 boekhoudmedewerkers en zorg je dat alles vlot verloopt Je werkt hands-on mee en hebt een aantal eigen dossiers Je begeleidt je team bij complexe vraagstukken, verdeelt het werk evenwichtig en bewaakt de kwaliteit van processen Je bent betrokken vanaf onboarding tot en met de jaarlijkse evaluaties en stimuleert medewerkers in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Met regelmatige overlegmomenten, teamactiviteiten en het vieren van successen bouw je actief aan een positieve teamsfeer, waarin collega's zich gesteund en gewaardeerd voelen Profiel Je hebt een Bachelor of Master in Accountancy Je spreekt vlot Nederlands Je bent een people manager en hebt enkele jaren ervaring als Teamlead Aanbod Je komt terecht in een klein team Je mag rekenen op een contract van onbepaalde duur Je krijgt een interessant brutoloon met bedrijfswagen maaltijdcheques hospitalisatieverzekering onkostenvergoeding 1-2 dagen thuiswerk flexibele uren 12 ADV dagen ...
