Wij zijn een Belgische organisatie die bedrijven helpt hun mentale veerkracht, focus en welzijn te versterken via evidence-based workshops, keynotes, coaching en programma's. Het afgelopen jaar heb ik Boosted Pathways vrijwel alleen opgebouwd, samen met acht trainers die onze workshops verzorgen bij corporate klanten. Hoewel ik écht hou van de businesskant: sales, groei en partnerships, wil ik mijn focus verleggen naar wat ik het beste doe: de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening bewaken, nauw samenwerken met onze trainers, relaties met bestaande klanten verdiepen en mijn persoonlijke brand verder uitbouwen. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een Co-Founder die uitzonderlijk sterk is in het schalen van bedrijven (internationaal), het bouwen van leadgeneratiesystemen en het uitvoeren van effectieve cold outreach strategieën in verschillende markten. Het afgelopen jaar werkten we samen met organisaties zoals Belfius, NN Insurance en Nipro, en is duidelijk geworden hoe groot de vraag is naar onderbouwde, wetenschappelijke ondersteuning rond welzijn en prestatie op de werkvloer. Het concept is gevalideerd, de inhoud is sterk, ons team heeft decennia aan ervaring en de klantfeedback is helder. Om verder te schalen voorbij deze eerste fase zoeken we nu een Co-Founder met een sterk business- en groeiprofiel: iemand die B2B-diensten begrijpt, ervaring heeft met klantacquisitie en schaalbare service-modellen, en klaar is om een bewezen fundament uit te bouwen tot een internationaal merk. Ben je, net als ik, fanatiek bezig met onder meer Alex Hormozi's content en strategieën, en hou je van bouwen én schalen? Dan ben je de ideale kandidaat. De Rol We zoeken een strategische partner die de leiding neemt over groei en expansie. Je zal: Onze commerciële strategie en go-to-market uitwerken en uitvoeren. B2B-klantacquisitie en accountmanagement leiden. Partnerships bouwen met HR-, L&D- en wellbeing-beslissingsnemers in doelmarkten. Leadgeneratiesystemen ontwikkelen en optimaliseren (e-mail, LinkedIn, cold calling, inbound). Onze servicedelivery structureren zodat we internationaal schaalbaar worden. Onze psychologische expertise vertalen naar heldere, overtuigende value propositions. Je werkt nauw samen met mij, de founder, die verantwoordelijk blijft voor inhoud, methodologie en kwaliteitsbewaking. Jouw focus: groei, systemen en leverage. Ideaal Profiel Aantoonbare ervaring in business development, partnerships, sales of growth, idealiter binnen B2B-services (consulting, HR, L&D, training...). Sterk begrip van klantacquisitie, schaalbare delivery-modellen en cold outreach-systemen. Ondernemersmentaliteit en bereidheid om mee te bouwen op basis van equity i.p.v. een vast salaris in de beginfase. Voeling met psychologie, leiderschap of welzijn op het werk. Strategisch, gestructureerd en data-gedreven: in staat om visie om te zetten in meetbare resultaten. Wat Je Krijgt Co-founder equity en gedeeld strategisch eigenaarschap (details te bespreken).
