About the Company We are a fast‐growing, private‐equity backed professional services business entering an exciting phase of scale and transformation. With ambitious growth plans and a high-performance culture, we are looking for a Finance Manager who can operate with pace, precision and commercial insight. The Opportunity Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will play a key role in strengthening the finance function, improving financial controls, and supporting decision‐making across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a Big 4 trained finance professional who wants to step into a hands-on, commercially oriented role within a dynamic PE environment. Key Responsibilities Lead month-end close, management accounts preparation, and financial reporting Own budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management processes Drive improvements in financial controls, systems, and reporting frameworks Provide commercial finance support to senior leadership and operational teams Business partner with non-finance stakeholders across multiple service lines Support PE reporting requirements, board packs, KPIs and performance dashboards Contribute to strategic projects including pricing, profitability analysis, and M&A integration About You Big 4 trained (required) Strong technical grounding in accounting, financial reporting and controls Experience in professional services, consulting, staffing, or a similar people-based business preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where process improvement is constant Confident communicator with the ability to challenge, influence and build relationships Commercially minded, analytical, and proactive Experience in a PE-backed environment is beneficial but not essential
