With ambitious growth plans and a high-performance culture, we are looking for a Finance Manager who can operate with pace, precision and commercial insight.The OpportunityReporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will play a key role in strengthening the finance function, improving financial controls, and supporting decision‑making across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a Big 4 trained finance professional who wants to step into a hands-on, commercially oriented role within a dynamic PE environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead month-end close, management accounts preparation, and financial reportingOwn budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management processesDrive improvements in financial controls, systems, and reporting frameworksProvide commercial finance support to senior leadership and operational teamsBusiness partner with non-finance stakeholders across multiple service linesSupport PE reporting requirements, board packs, KPIs and performance dashboardsContribute to strategic projects including pricing, profitability analysis, and M&A integrationAbout YouBig 4 trained (required) Strong technical grounding in accounting, financial reporting and controlsExperience in professional services, consulting, staffing, or a similar people-based business preferredComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where process improvement is constantConfident communicator with the ability to challenge, influence and build relationshipsCommercially minded, analytical, and proactiveExperience in a PE-backed environment is beneficial but not essential
