Bij COMEOS krijg je de kans om bedrijven strategisch te adviseren, sectorale onderhandelingen te voeren én rechtstreeks in contact te staan met vakbonden en beleidsmakers. COMEOS is de Belgische federatie van handel en diensten. Ze vertegenwoordigt meer dan 20 sectoren, gaande van e-commerce en detailhandel tot groothandel en logistiek. De handelssector is goed voor 11% van het BBP en stelt 550.000 mensen tewerk, waarmee hij de grootste privéwerkgever van het land is, dagelijks in contact met miljoenen mensen. Naast belangenbehartiging biedt COMEOS ook expertise, opleidingen en netwerkmogelijkheden, en volgt ze wetgevende en maatschappelijke trends op de voet. Functie Als Medior Social Affairs advisor zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor de volgende taken: Je verdedigt de belangen van de Comeos-leden bij beleidsmakers, administraties en kabinetten. Je adviseert de Comeos-leden inzake sociaal recht en ondersteunt hen in hun sociale relaties. Je informeert de leden over evoluties binnen deze domeinen en verleent hen persoonlijk en praktijkgericht advies. Je werkt mee aan de uitvoering van het jaarlijks actieplan, waaronder: -informatie en dienstverlening aan leden, -organisatie en inhoudelijke voorbereiding van webinars en infosessies, -bijdragen aan de website en thematische dossiers. Binnen het team ontwikkel je verder je kennis van de handelssector en de specifieke uitdagingen waarmee de leden worden geconfronteerd. Je onderhoudt talrijke externe contacten, onder meer met HR-medewerkers en andere actoren uit de sector. Profiel Heb jij een Master in de Rechten, gespecialiseerd in arbeidsrecht, sociale relaties en sociaal beleid, en 7 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring? Andere vereisten: Je hebt ervaring met beleidsdossiers, sociaal overleg en/of belangenverdediging, bijvoorbeeld binnen een federatie, consultancy, sociale partners, overheid of aanverwante omgeving. Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans. Je bent analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en werkt graag samen in team. Aanbod Een veelzijdige functie met reële impact op sectorniveau.
