Job description

At Ismar Healthcare, you team up with other Disease Area Leads - Medical information to develop medical communication and continuing medical education (CME) in all kinds of formats, e.g. journal manuscripts, meeting presentations, educational websites, e-mailing campaigns, congress highlights, congress programmes, clinical cases, and other creative educational solutions. The focus of your work will be on supporting the development and dissemination of CME programmes translating new scientific insights into appropriate decision making by physicians in daily clinical practice.

As a Disease Area Lead - Medical information, you get the opportunity to work closely together with medical thought leaders on different topics and disease areas.

Your mission

·        Retrieve relevant clinical evidence and define learning goals and related clinical questions

·        Develop high-quality content for medical communication and CME programmes

·        Become an expert in several disease areas

·        Contribute to the establishment of our network of healthcare professionals and thought leaders , build trust, and create engagement

·        Develop understanding of the business environment you are working in, and contribute to profitable execution of the projects you work on

·        Think critically and bring in new creative solutions and ideas

Your profile

·        Scientific, pharmaceutical or (bio)medical background (Master/PhD)

·        Perfect command of English, both orally and written

·        Command of Dutch and/or French is needed

·        Medical writing experience is a plus

·        Interest in developing medical content (manuscripts, meeting presentations, clinical cases, etc.) for usage by healthcare professionals

·        Meticulous and quality-focused with an eye for productivity (avoiding work with limited quality contribution)

·        Good communicator who likes a proactive approach

·        Dynamic, dedicated and passionate person

·        A flexible team player but also able to work independently

·        Like new challenges and eager to learn
