Functieomschrijving - **Commerciële groei realiseren** Je bouwt bestaande klantenrelaties verder uit en gaat gericht op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten. Sales is belangrijk, maar je staat hier niet alleen in. - **Je team aansturen en coachen** Je begeleidt consultants in hun dagelijkse werking, motiveert hen en helpt hen groeien zowel inhoudelijk als persoonlijk. - **Overzicht en structuur bewaren** Je bewaakt de resultaten, stelt samen doelen op en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie binnen het team en naar het management. Wij vragen - Je hebt **meerdere jaren ervaring in de uitzendsector** en bent vertrouwd met de dynamiek van een kantooromgeving. - Je neemt **van nature verantwoordelijkheid** en voelt je comfortabel om beslissingen te nemen die impact hebben op klanten, team en resultaten. - Je hebt een **commerciële mindset**: je denkt mee over groei, opportuniteiten en klantrelaties. - Je haalt energie uit het **aansturen en ondersteunen van mensen** en weet hoe je een team in beweging krijgt. - Je zoekt een rol waarin **eigenaarschap, vertrouwen en resultaatgerichtheid** centraal staan.
