Voor een hoogtechnologische industriële omgeving in de regio Gent zoeken we een freelance PLC / Automation Engineer met een achtergrond in regeltechniek en procesautomatisatie. Je komt terecht in een continu productieproces met geautomatiseerde productielijnen en procesinstallaties, waar veiligheid, beschikbaarheid en kwaliteit centraal staan. Je ondersteunt het bestaande engineering- en onderhoudsteam bij verbeteringsprojecten, optimalisaties en troubleshooting op het vlak van automatisatie en besturingstechniek. Functieomschrijving Als PLC / Automation Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, aanpassen en optimaliseren van de besturing van diverse industriële installaties en productielijnen. Jouw taken: Analyseren, optimaliseren en onderhouden van PLC-programma's Uitwerken en implementeren van verbeteringsprojecten rond: Regeltechnische sturingen van aandrijvingen Sequentiële besturingen van installatie-onderdelen Machineveiligheid (veiligheids-PLC's) Onderzoeken en oplossen van storingen, met nadruk op regeltechnische analyse Onderhouden en verbeteren van HMI-schermen (Cimplicity) Correct documenteren, testen en valideren van softwarewijzigingen Technische ondersteuning bieden aan onderhouds- en operationele teams Technische omgeving: PLC: GE HPCi voor lijnbesturing Siemens S7-400 voor procesinstallaties Veiligheids-PLC: S7-400F en S7-1500F PCS7 HMI: Cimplicity Aandrijvingen: Siemens Sinamics Profiel Technisch profiel Industrieel Ingenieur of Bachelor in Automatisatie, Elektrotechniek of Elektromechanica Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in PLC-programmatie Goede kennis van Siemens Step7 en TIA Portal Goede kennis van Cimplicity Kennis van GE HPCi is een pluspunt Pluspunten: Ervaring met regeltechniek Ervaring met sequentiële sturingen Ervaring met storingsonderzoek en regeltechnische analyse Ervaring met proceslijnen in een industriële omgeving Persoonlijk profiel Goede kennis van het Nederlands Je geeft veiligheid altijd prioriteit Je werkt nauwgezet bij implementatie, documentatie en testen van software Je bent communicatief en werkt graag in team Aanbod Freelance opdracht met langetermijnsamenwerking Uitdagende rol in een moderne, sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving Inhoudelijk sterk technische projecten rond regeltechniek, sequentiële sturingen en machineveiligheid Dagtarief in overeenstemming met ervaring en expertise Interesse in deze job?
