Data Leadership Opportunity As a data leader, you will oversee the development and execution of the organization's data strategy. This includes defining key performance indicators (KPIs), developing data visualizations, and analyzing data to inform business decisions. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and experience in data governance, artificial intelligence, business intelligence, or a related field. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for this role. A team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is also required. The ideal candidate will be able to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment with business goals. You will define and execute long-term vision and roadmap for data-driven innovation and promote a data culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams in Data, AI, and BI Shape and implement a long-term vision and roadmap for data-driven innovation Promote a data culture across the organization and its stakeholders You will drive strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business value and influence technological and supplier choices to ensure efficiency and innovation. You will collaborate across departments to ensure proactive data-transversal alignment and synergy. Required Skills and Qualifications Exceptional communication skills with internal stakeholders and strong public speaking abilities Proven experience in people management, managing teams of 15+ people At least 10 years of experience in data governance & quality, AI, BI, or a related domain Proven experience in agile environments and in managing complex projects Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English Duration and Location Minimum 6 months with potential extension. Hybrid work arrangement available.
