Job Description As Head of Data & AI, you will lead the Data, AI, and BI teams within the IT service unit. You will be responsible for defining and executing the Data, AI & BI strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and product goals. Your role will be pivotal in driving data-driven decision‑making across the organization and its institutions. You will manage a team, oversee the department’s budget, and ensure the delivery of high‑impact data initiatives. You will also be the key liaison between internal stakeholders (IT Management Team, Domain and Product Managers, EXCO, Board of Directors) and external partners (suppliers, end‑users, and market networks). Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams in Data, AI, and BI. Shape and implement a long‑term vision and roadmap for data‑driven innovation. Promote a data culture across the organisation and its stakeholders. Drive strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business value. Influence technological and supplier choices to ensure efficiency and innovation. Collaborate across departments to ensure proactive data‑transversal alignment and synergy. Exceptional communication skills with internal stakeholders and strong public speaking abilities. At least 10 years of experience in data governance & quality, AI, BI, or a related domain. Proven experience in agile environments and managing complex projects. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.
