Legend Biotech entered into a global collaboration agreement with Janssen, one of the pharmaceutical companies of Johnson & Johnson, to jointly develop and commercialize ciltacabtagene autolecuel (cilta-cel) in 2017. Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.

What can you expect?

  1. Project leadership: You will oversee facility projects from start to finish, identifying challenges and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. Your decisions will directly contribute to the success of activities spanning multiple departments.
  2. Operational excellence: By supporting initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and control costs, you'll play a critical role in optimizing operations. You will also contribute to growth and commercialization projects for cell therapy treatments, backed by insightful analyses and progress reports shared with stakeholders.
  3. Strategic execution: Collaborating with experts, project managers, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure the seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Your work will include refining project management methodologies, tools, and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Stakeholder collaboration: You will build strong connections with internal teams, such as Engineering and Quality Assurance, as well as external partners at both local and global levels. In a fast-paced environment, you'll skillfully balance immediate priorities with long-term goals to deliver impactful results.

Who are we looking for?

  • Education: You've earned a Master's degree in a field that fits well with the role, e.g., business management, facility management, etc.
  • Experience: You bring at least 3 years of experience in project management within facility or another related field. You also have hands-on experience in operations or manufacturing, with a focus on leading cross-functional projects.
  • Languages: You're fluent in English and communicate clearly, openly, and positively. Knowledge of Dutch is a nice bonus.
