As we gear up for our next chapter, we’re hiring our first Chief Product Officer (CPO) . We’ve laid solid foundations—but we know there’s so much more potential to unlock. We’re looking for someone who can help us scale, bring fresh product thinking, and drive innovation across everything we do—from core platform improvements to exploring new offerings. Right now, our focus is on enhancing our existing offering, but we want to build a more forward-looking product vision—one that includes innovation, data products, and new revenue streams. This is where you come in. You’ll bring clarity, structure, and a product mindset to the team, helping us evolve from good to great. What you will do: Define and own our overall product vision, in close alignment with the leadership team Lead and grow the product team, introducing ways of working that bring more structure and clarity. Shape our product strategy—balancing short-term improvements with long-term innovation. Build strong business cases for new features, products, and revenue opportunities. Help us turn our data into value-added products and services Guide product packaging, go-to-market strategy, and pricing in collaboration with commercial and marketing. Champion user experience and product marketing, ensuring our products are as usable as they are valuable. Play a key role on the leadership team, contributing to cross-functional decision-making and company strategy. Oversee product training and internal enablement to make sure our teams are set up for success. What we are looking for: A strong product leader with experience in tech-driven companies—bonus points if you've worked in fintech or financial services. A builder at heart: you’ve helped scale product teams, introduced good practices, and know how to create clarity from complexity. Solid experience with data management—you understand how to structure, govern, and leverage data to create value and enable product innovation. Ideally, you’ve worked with data-centric products or explored data as a service. You know how to package and position products, and have a good feel for UX, product marketing, and commercial collaboration. A strategic thinker who’s also not afraid to roll up your sleeves. Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing at leadership level. A true team player who brings a business-first mindset to leadership discussions.
