IT Solution Lead Analyst

We're looking for an experienced Lead Solution Analyst to join our client’s team and play a pivotal role in analyzing business and functional requirements, ensuring seamless integration of all solution components. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can both deliver in-depth analysis and coordinate the work of other analysts to ensure full solution coverage, from design to development and testing.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business and functional requirements within a complex legal and regulatory framework.
- Oversee and guide other analysts to ensure consistency, coherence, and completeness across the solution.
- Deliver detailed analysis documents for critical solution components.
- Define and implement best-practice analysis methodologies tailored to the project’s needs.
- Work closely with developers, architects, and business teams to facilitate seamless implementation.
- Support functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
- Provide documentation and guidance to technical teams, end-users, and stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between different teams, ensuring smooth communication and prompt issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the IT Project Manager to align on priorities and execution.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing at mid-to-senior levels.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, managing expectations, and driving alignment.
- 5+ years of experience in IT solution analysis and management within complex projects.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality IT analysis documents based on industry standards and best practices.
- Strong understanding of IT front-end and back-end systems; familiarity with mainframe technology is a plus.
- Experience in the life insurance industry, particularly in pension-related solutions, is a strong advantage.
- Ability to coordinate teams and ensure alignment with business and technical objectives.
- Secondary degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering preferred.
- Experience working with multiple IT service providers and solution integrators.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
