Our approach is human-centered, practical, and directly applicable to real-world professional contexts.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Intern located in Brussels. The intern will assist in identifying and researching potential business opportunities, conducting market research, and contributing to lead generation activities. Responsibilities include supporting the business development team, managing customer relationships, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. Additionally, the intern will participate in strategy sessions and provide regular progress reports.QualificationsAnalytical Skills for evaluating data, trends, and opportunitiesExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbal (French & English)Experience or interest in Lead Generation and Market ResearchCustomer Service skills for maintaining positive client relationshipsSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to responsibilities and tasksCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldUnderstanding of the Enneagram framework is an advantageInterest for coaching, psychology and personal development is an advantage
