En tant que collaborateur Service Client, vous êtes quotidiennement en contact (par téléphone, e-mail et chat) avec nos clients et utilisateurs au Belux. Grâce à une formation approfondie, vous êtes en mesure de répondre de manière professionnelle aux questions spécifiques des clients. Vous êtes passionné par le traitement administratif : des commandes, y compris le suivi des délais de livraison des machines des notes de crédit suite à des accords contractuels l'envoi de documentation et d'informations sur les prix Vous travaillez au sein d'une équipe de 10 personnes et vous rapportez au Customer Care Manager. Vous avez des connaissances en informatique. Vous êtes à l'écoute, empathique et communicatif. Vous donnez toujours la priorité au client. Vous pouvez travailler de manière indépendante. Vous savez résoudre les problèmes et avez une mentalité pratique. Vous avez une petite dose d'affinité technique pour comprendre et reconnaître les appareils. Une première expérience professionnelle dans un environnement orienté client est un atout. Maîtrise du néerlandais avec des notions de français OU maîtrise du français avec des notions de néerlandais.
