As a Data Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients in the areas of data analysis, machine learning, and data science. You will collaborate with various teams within the organization to deliver data-driven insights and develop customized solutions that meet the needs of the client.

Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
  • Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their data needs and provide tailored data-driven solutions.
  • Data Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective data strategies to optimize business processes and decision-making.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced data analysis tools and software to process and analyze data efficiently.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Create detailed reports and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data analysis practices and methodologies.
Profile
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of data types (structured and unstructured), extracting and integrating data from modern and legacy data platforms.
  • Meaningful experience in extracting and loading data from multiple database technologies like RDBMS (MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL), MPP (Snowflake) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Neo4J).
  • Experience and interest in Microsoft Azure Cloud platforms.
  • Implement pipelines using a combination of technologies, including SQL, Airflow, Python, Alteryx, Kafka, and cloud data tech stack.
  • Commercial client-facing project experience is helpful.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a love for taking full ownership of projects and helping clients overcome their challenges.
  • Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with proficient business English.
