Freelance Oracle and Technical / Administration Coordinator (Medior) - Long Term - Hybrid (NEED NATO CLEARANCE) We are seeking a Technical / Administration Coordinator (Medior) to support and coordinate technical activities in an Oracle-based IT environment. This role combines technical understanding with strong administrative and organisational skills. While pure development is not required, experience with Oracle systems is essential to effectively follow up on reports, estimate technical work, and coordinate between technical teams and business departments. Responsibilities Coordinate and follow up on technical tasks, action items, and reports, particularly in an Oracle environment. Actively pursue progress and ensure timely closure of open items. Support estimation and planning of technical workload, especially related to Oracle applications or databases. Maintain structured documentation, reporting, and tracking of deliverables. Provide general coordination across technical workstreams and priorities. Act as a key liaison between Oracle technical teams, functional teams, and other departments. Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating where appropriate. Ensure a highly structured and organised way of working. Experience Experience in a technical coordination, IT administration, or support role. Practical experience working with Oracle systems (e.g. Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Database, or Oracle applications). Good understanding of technical concepts related to Oracle environments (development knowledge not mandatory). Ability to estimate and assess technical work and effort. Strong organisational skills and confidence in following up and driving actions to completion. Experience communicating with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
