The company is located in Zaventem and is looking for reinforcement for their customer service team through Hays. They are a rapidly growing company with a dynamic team and motivated colleagues. Your new role We're on the lookout for German and English-speaking Customer Service representatives to join an international company in Zaventem, specializing in the medical sector. First of all, you are responsible for entering the orders in the ERP system. Your clients? Well, they range from hospitals to distributors in the region. You'll be tackling frontline questions independently and, when needed, collaborating with other departments for more complex inquiries. But that's not all – your role might evolve to include tasks like drafting quotes, handling complaints, phone support, and finish returns. Your profile Hays Diegem is looking for a candidate who: Is fluent in spoken and written communication in German and English. Additional knowledge of Dutch or a Nordic language is considered a plus. Has a first experience in customer service. Loves to be in contact with clients and enjoys an international working atmosphere. Is able to work with short deadlines, prioritize tasks, and handle unexpected challenges.
