Our client is an international company active in healthcare. The company is located in Zaventem and is looking for reinforcement for their customer service team through Hays. They are a rapidly growing company with a dynamic team and motivated colleagues.
We're on the lookout for German and English-speaking Customer Service representatives to join an international company in Zaventem, specializing in the medical sector.
But that's not all – your role might evolve to include tasks like drafting quotes, handling complaints, phone support, and finish returns.
Is fluent in spoken and written communication in German and English. Additional knowledge of Dutch or a Nordic language is considered a plus.
Has a first experience in customer service.
Loves to be in contact with clients and enjoys an international working atmosphere.
You'll have the ability work 1 day from home. You will start with a temporary contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract after six months.
