**Your new company**Our client is an international company active in healthcare. The company, located in Zaventem, is looking for reinforcement for their Customer Service team through Hays. They are a rapidly growing company with a dynamic team and motivated colleagues.
**Your new role**We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join an international company in Zaventem, specializing in the medical sector. Your tasks? Firstly, you are responsible for entering the orders into the ERP system. Your clients? Well, they range from hospitals to distributors in the region. You'll be tackling frontline questions independently and, when needed, you'll be collaborating with other departments for more complex inquiries. But that's not all - your role might evolve to include tasks like drafting quotes, handling complaints, phone support, and finishing returns.

You’ll be working very flexible hours and have the ability to work 1 day from home. You’ll start under an interim contract with intensive training, where you get a permanent contract after six months.
