Customer Service Nordics

The company is located in Zaventem and this is a full-time position in an international environment.
Responsibilities for the Customer Service (M/F/X) role include:
- Managing orders in oracle
- Providing accurate and timely information about products, services and orders to customers.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and customer friendly manner.
- Recording customer interactions and updating customer databases.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications required for the Customer Service (M/F/X) position:
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in either Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish and English, both verbally and in writing. Any other Nordic language is an asset
- Customer oriented mindset and the ability to work in a solution oriented manner.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
