Als Chief Accountant kom je terecht in een gedreven team van finance collega's waar het delen van kennis en ervaring centraal staat. Jouw takenpakket zal bestaan uit:

  1. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de correcte voorbereiding en verwerking van verschillende verrichtingen op maand- en jaareinde.
  2. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het boeken en reconciliëren van de overlopende rekeningen, vaste activa, payroll, afschrijvingen, provisies en andere financiële parameters waarbij je ook een deel analyse voor je rekening neemt.
  3. Je staat in voor de correcte verwerking van de boekhouding op GL niveau en alle wettelijke verplichtingen.
  4. Je denkt actief mee na en formuleert voorstellen over mogelijkheden tot verbetering of tot verdere automatisering/informatisering van data, processen.
  5. Je denkt mee na over strategie van de onderneming en opportuniteiten om verder te groeien.
  6. Je bent de eerste contactpersoon voor interne en externe stakeholders (accountants, auditors, etc.).
  7. Je geeft leiding aan twee fantastische Junior Accountants met veel potentieel.

Profile

  1. Je hebt minstens een Bachelor, maar idealiter een Master Accountancy-Fiscaliteit op zak.
  2. Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol.
  3. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
  4. Je draagt kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel.
  5. Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en gaat zelfstandig te werk, maar bent ook een people person die anderen kan coachen en sturing kan geven.
  6. Je hebt een kritische en flexibele mindset.
