Comme Diplomatic Administration Officer, vous serez en charge de :

  • la réception des nouvelles demandes d'affiliation
  • l'encodage
  • la prise de contact pour compléter les dossiers
  • la gestion des dossiers clients tout en étant attentif(ve) aux possibles erreurs (suivi des offres, contrôle et saisie des contrats, mise à jour de la base de données,)
  • le traitement des appels des clients par téléphone, par e-mail, ..
  • le suivi des rapports de contrôle
  • le suivi des impayés
  • le support administratif: envoi de factures, cartes carburant, codes PIN, remboursement TVA, ...

Notre client est la seule société exclusivement axée sur le carburant hors taxes et les remboursements TVA pour les diplomates, le personnel militaire.
La société est basée sur Zaventem.

 Profile

Les candidats présenteraient les aptitudes suivantes :

  • vous avez une excellente connaissance du Français et de l'Anglais écrit et parlé.
  • vous avez une excellente connaissance de l'Italien et/ou de l'Espagnol écrit et parlé.
  • vous maîtrisez des programmes informatiques de base et possédez une bonne vitesse de frappe
  • vous possédez un Bachelor à orientation économique 
  • vous êtes organisé(e) et structuré(e) dans votre travail
  • vous êtes motivé(e), vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication et une passion pour le contact commercial
  • vous disposez du'un esprit d' équipe
