For two different clients, we are seeking a very similar profile. A Real Estate Advisor to sell new construction / off-plan residential projects. For one company, we are looking for a french speaking person (good dutch and english would be a plus for incoming projects). For another company, we are looking for a dutch speaking person (good french and english are a plus) Why apply? Projects ongoing and new projects to come Flexibility and autonomy given if sales results are met Interesting commission plan Your missions and responsibilities ? Handle leads generated and plan visits Participate to network events and create opportunities on your own too Responsible for the sales of investment properties in Brussels / Anwterp (depending on the company) Work with marketing and sales teams to better accompany clients during the entire process The perfect profile ?
