Finance is a trusted function here, ensuring accuracy, supporting growth and providing the transparency required in an asset-driven business. You will join a company where accounting is viewed as a foundation for stability, investor confidence and long-term value creation. Role & key responsibilities in accounting leadership Oversee daily accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely closings that management can confidently rely on. Lead and support a team of 3 accounting professionals, creating clarity in responsibilities while fostering autonomy and development. Coordinate monthly and annual closings, strengthening consistency and financial visibility across the organisation. Act as the primary point of contact for auditors and external partners, ensuring professional and efficient collaboration. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce risk and reinforce financial control. This role combines technical ownership with people leadership and offers the visibility expected from a true step forward. Your background & experience in accounting Bachelor or Master in Accounting or related field Dutch or/and French Solid knowledge of accounting principles and closing processes Minimum 6 years of accounting experience , ideally within real estate, asset-heavy or structured environments.. What this accounting leadership role offers Gross annual salary between €65,000 and €80,000 , reflecting both your technical expertise and leadership responsibilities. Company car or mobility budget Performance-related bonus recognising your contribution to financial reliability and team effectiveness. Comprehensive benefits package including meal vouchers, group insurance and hospitalisation coverage. A genuine leadership position, allowing you to step beyond execution and take ownership of an accounting function.
