Your Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle: from client briefing to successful placement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates Identify, interview, and match high-potential candidates to the right roles Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic recruitment insights Meet and exceed targets, contributing to both personal and team success Your Profile Proven 360° recruitment experience (agency or in-house) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Commercial mindset with the ability to grow and retain client accounts Fluency in French or Dutch, with a good command of English Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ambition What's in it for you?
