This involves conducting a wide range of routine and specialized laboratory analyses, such as clinical chemistry, hematological, coagulation, urinalysis, and immunological tests, strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Services extend to meticulous sample management, including processing, storage, and preparation for shipment, ensuring compliance with international regulations like IATA.Part of this service is actively maintaining the laboratory environment, equipment, and safety specifications, performing routine maintenance and calibration of instruments required for clinical trials and manufacturing processes.Key contributions also include quality control checks, investigation and documentation of deviations and complaints, analytical method validation, and managing inventory of laboratory supplies.The service includes daily safety sample management and analysis, and assisting with audit preparations.The service resource will compile, present, and document data and reports in compliance with ISO170205, GLP and GMP requirementsProfielBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant Life Sciences field, such as Biotechnology, Microbiology, Analytical/Biochemistry, or a related technical discipline.Essential qualifications include:-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in laboratory work and documentation.-Proficiency in various laboratory techniques and equipment operation along with strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).-Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams and for documenting findings.- A strong understanding of Quality Control principles such as ISO17025 and/or ISO15189, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and GCP environments is required.-Prior laboratory experience, especially within a pharmaceutical or clinical research setting, is advantageous.-Highly organized, accurate, and capable of independent work, while also being a strong team player.-Fluency in both French and English is required for effective communication.-Flexibility to accommodate various study schedules, including different shifts between 7 AM and 10 PM, and occasionally on weekends, to ensure continuous study coverage.The medior service level defines the delivery of services involving the consistent execution of operational tasks.Services include the completion of assigned responsibilities within established procedures, contribution to team objectives through reliable output, and support in decision-making processes based on predefined criteria.The scope may include collaboration with other service streams, adherence to service standards, and participation in continuous improvement efforts.Successful completion of this service level is measured by the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of the services provided, as well as the alignment with team and organizational goals.
