Freelance Test Manager – Test Data Management FocusWe are seeking an experienced Test Manager with strong Test Data Management (TDM) expertise to join a greenfield Test & QA function for an enterprise end-user in Brussels. This role sits at the heart of a major IT transformation.LogisticsContract: 12 months (extension likely)Location: Brussels (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)Languages: (English essential) / (French or Dutch nice to have)Start: ASAPRate: Competitive, negotiableKey ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the Test Data Management strategyEnsure availability of secure, compliant, high-quality test dataAlign test data, test strategy, and project objectivesManage the end-to-end testing lifecycleOversee test execution, risks, and quality reportingDrive continuous improvement in testing practicesSupport Teams including business/functional analysts Required SkillsStrong Test Management experience in complex IT environmentsProven Test Data Management expertise (masking, anonymisation, subsetting)SQL and test automation exposureExcellent stakeholder communication skillsNice to HaveAgile experience (Scrum/Kanban)ISTQB certification(Selenium / Robot Framework nice to have not essential)Interested?
