Mission Context This role requires direct contact with clients, preparation of Connexis contracts , and responsibility for managing one’s own client portfolio. As the function requires the use of three languages, we are looking for trilingual colleagues (French, Dutch, English) . Connexis is an international product sold in over 40 countries, each with specific requirements. Candidates must be able to quickly learn country-specific features and become autonomous within two months . Your Responsibilities Client & Contract Management Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding Connexis contracts. Prepare, review, and manage contracts according to client and regulatory requirements. Ensure timely delivery and quality of all contract-related tasks. Maintain and manage a personal portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and compliance. Process & Technical Expertise Apply process modeling techniques and methods to optimize workflows. Create flow charts and process documentation using tools such as Visio or ARIS. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process standardization. Ensure accurate and consistent use of reporting and workflow systems. Your Profile Languages Dutch – Fluent French – Fluent English – Fluent Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Experience & Technical Skills No specific number of years of experience required Technical writing skills Expertise in MS Office Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Aris) and creation of flow charts Good understanding of workflow processes Soft Skills Strong analytical skills Excellent communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented Structured approach with attention to detail Ability to work independently Accuracy, precision, and quality-mindedness Goal-oriented and results-driven Why Join Us Join Nexeo Belgium and take part in delivering high-quality contracting and process management projects for leading financial institutions.
