Notre client est une importante société liégeoise active dans le secteur agro-alimentaire. Pour renforcer ses équipes et soutenir son développement, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) MANAGER IT.

Description de fonction

Le département IT est chargé de la gestion, de la maintenance et du développement des systèmes informatiques de l'usine. Il assure la disponibilité, la sécurité et l'efficacité des infrastructures technologiques, des réseaux et des logiciels.

En tant que Manager IT, vous supervisez toutes les opérations informatiques au sein du site en veillant à ce que tous les systèmes technologiques, équipements logiciels et réseaux soient optimisés. Soutenu par une équipe interne et des consultants externes que vous encadrez, vous garantissez sécurité, performance et disponibilité des systèmes informatiques.

Vos missions et responsabilités principales seront notamment les suivantes :


• Gérer, soutenir et entretenir l'infrastructure informatique de l'usine, y compris les serveurs, les réseaux et les systèmes matériels/logiciels ; gérer les solutions logicielles spécifiques, y compris les systèmes d'exécution de la fabrication (MES), les systèmes de planification des ressources de l'entreprise (ERP), le système de gestion de l'entrepôt (WMS), le SCADA (système de contrôle et d'acquisition des données), intergiciel, …


• Superviser l'installation, la configuration et la mise à niveau des systèmes et technologies de l'usine


• Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des politiques et procédures informatiques afin de garantir la conformité avec les normes du secteur, la confidentialité des données et les réglementations en matière de cybersécurité


• Effectuer des sauvegardes régulières du système, des mises à jour et la gestion des correctifs afin de garantir la sécurité et la continuité des opérations


• Mettre en place un plan de reprise d'activité après sinistre et tester régulièrement son efficacité


• Collaborer avec les équipes internes et externes afin de comprendre leurs besoins technologiques et de pouvoir fournir des solutions pour améliorer les performances et l'efficacité de l'usine


• Diriger l'équipe d'assistance informatique afin de fournir une aide rapide aux employés pour les questions liées à l'informatique, y compris le matériel, les logiciels, les données de référence et l'assistance réseau


• Assurer la formation et le soutien du personnel de l'usine afin d'améliorer sa compréhension et son utilisation des systèmes et outils informatiques


• Gérer le budget annuel du service informatique


• Contrôler et analyser les systèmes informatiques de l'usine afin d'identifier les possibilités d'amélioration, de réduction des coûts et d'optimisation du système


• Fixer des objectifs clairs et mesurables


• Assurer une bonne coordination entre l'équipe IT interne et les consultants externes


• Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs d'équipements, de logiciels et de services informatiques, en veillant à ce que les ressources soient fournies de manière rentable et dans les délais impartis ; examiner les contrats des fournisseurs

Profil


• Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Master en informatique (ou bachelier avec expérience très spécifique/pertinente)


• Vous êtes expert dans les matières liées à la gestion des réseaux, serveurs et d'un système ERP ; vous avez aussi une expérience des systèmes tels que MES, WMS et SCADA


• Vous témoignez d'une expérience significative au sein d'un rôle similaire en environnement de production industrielle


• Vous avez une solide expérience en gestion de projet et en implémentation de nouveaux process IT


• Orienté solution, vous faites preuve d'adaptabilité, réactivité, et d'une bonne résistance au stress


• Leader dans l'âme, vous êtes également un véritable teamplayer


• Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences relationnelles et communicationnelles


• Vous faites preuve d'une excellente vision stratégique


• Vous êtes rigoureux & structuré


• Vous maîtrisez le français et disposez d'une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais
