Operational Excellence Program Lead Feb 2026 - Nov 2026 | Full time | Project based Drive large scale operational excellence as a freelance consultant in a complex pharma manufacturing environment. In this senior role, you lead people, programs and improvement initiatives that directly impact quality, efficiency and delivery. You work at site level with strong exposure to leadership and strategic decision making. You will work as a (Freelance) MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry. Job description Lead and coach the site OPEX team and ensure delivery of strategic improvement goals Own the Operational Excellence program including training, coaching, certifications and deployment continuity Improve investigation quality through training, coaching and optimisation of quality systems and tools Be accountable for the site lead time program with a strong focus on reducing end to end batch cycle time Drive efficiency initiatives including KPI reporting, tier meetings, standard work and site governance Take the lead on scheduling and planning project in collaboration with external partners Support cost optimisation programs through lean scoping studies and efficiency initiatives Align with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Project Management, SMEs and Supply Chain, as well as external partners Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in pharma, biotech or a similar regulated manufacturing environment Strong Operational Excellence mindset with proven change leadership experience Solid background in project or program management in large organisations Experience as a direct people manager Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Strategic insight combined with hands on execution capability Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus Experience with CAR T manufacturing is a plus Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus Why collaborate with MindCapture?
