Operational Excellence Program LeadFeb 2026 - Nov 2026 | Full time | Project basedDrive large scale operational excellence as a freelance consultant in a complex pharma manufacturing environment. In this senior role, you lead people, programs and improvement initiatives that directly impact quality, efficiency and delivery. You work at site level with strong exposure to leadership and strategic decision making. You will work as a (Freelance) MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry. Job descriptionLead and coach the site OPEX team and ensure delivery of strategic improvement goalsOwn the Operational Excellence program including training, coaching, certifications and deployment continuityImprove investigation quality through training, coaching and optimisation of quality systems and toolsBe accountable for the site lead time program with a strong focus on reducing end to end batch cycle timeDrive efficiency initiatives including KPI reporting, tier meetings, standard work and site governanceTake the lead on scheduling and planning project in collaboration with external partnersSupport cost optimisation programs through lean scoping studies and efficiency initiativesAlign with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Project Management, SMEs and Supply Chain, as well as external partnersRequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in pharma, biotech or a similar regulated manufacturing environmentStrong Operational Excellence mindset with proven change leadership experienceSolid background in project or program management in large organisationsExperience as a direct people managerStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsStrategic insight combined with hands on execution capabilityLean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plusExperience with CAR T manufacturing is a plusFluent in English, Dutch is a plusWhy collaborate with MindCapture?At MindCapture, we connect high level freelance professionals with impactful projects in the life sciences sector.
