As a Credit Collector, you will be responsible for maintaining and controlling the book of several legal entities.

Client Details

The client is a construction equipment rental company.

Description
  • Reconcile monthly accounting records
  • Create invoices and encode them in the billing system
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and make the adjustments
  • Ensure that submitted information is accurate and in compliance with clients/customers contracts
  • Deal with customers and clients billing queries to recover outstanding balances
  • Send payment reminders
Profile
  • A good proficiency in French and Dutch (English is a plus)
  • Good organizational and analytical skills
  • Previous experience in administration/accounting/billing is a plus
  • A service-minded personality
  • Team player
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes
