Dan ben jij onze toekomstige Quality Engineer Cleaning FUNCTIEJe bent verantwoordelijk voor het integrale hygiënebeleid op de site in Ooigem: je stelt het reinigingsplan op; doet de opvolging ervan en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je beheert de voorraad, tools & producten, je bewaakt het proces van de staalafnames en je neemt de opvolging van het omgevings-monitoringsplan voor jouw rekening.Verantwoordelijkheden: Je stelt een globaal reinigingsplan op en vertaalt deze naar een efficiënte reinigingskalender dat afgestemd is op de productieplanning. Samen met het reinigingsteam evalueer je de praktische haalbaarheid zodat je kan bijsturen waar nodig. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de chemische producten en tools; de opvolging van het verbruik ervan en je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen geïnformeerd is over het correcte gebruik. Je controleert de uitvoering van de staalafnames en analyseert de resultatenverwerking (listeria en andere microbiologische analyses).Verder volg je het omgevings-monitoringsplan op en neemt de nodige acties bij afwijkingen.Je biedt de nodige ondersteuning tijdens interne en externe audits.Je zorgt ervoor dat innovaties en nieuwe technieken op het gebied van proces en product ingang vinden in het hygiënebeleid.Je stuurt het reinigingsteam aan en rapporteert aan de Site Quality Manager.Vaardigheden:Je bouwt de nodige contacten met de betrokken managers en zorgt ervoor dat de afgesproken hygiënestandaarden worden nageleefd.Je speelt snel in op wijzigingen en afwijkingen en communiceert helder hierover.Je traint en ontwikkelt de medewerkers en volgt de hygiëneregels mee op in de praktijk. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bijhouden van de relevante administratie en zorgt ervoor dat er conformiteit is met de wettelijke bepalingen rond voedselveiligheid. PROFIELJe hebt een hogere opleiding bij voorkeur in bio- of agro-wetenschappen en kan terugblikken op een eerste werkervaring binnen kwaliteit of hygiëne in de voedingsector.Je hebt affiniteit met een productieomgeving en begrijpt de dynamiek van een volcontinubedrijf.Je hebt een proactieve en probleemoplossende werkattitude.Je beschikt over de nodige communicatievaardigheden: kritische vragen stellen om de juiste prioriteiten te bepalen, schrikt jou niet af.Je bent flexibel en houdt van een gevarieerd takenpakket. Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
