For our costumer located in the Gent region we are looking for 2 On Site Support Engineers. Start Date: Asap Location: Gent Languages: Eng & NL Remote policits: 100% on site Een ervaren Onsite Support Engineer die het verschil kan maken voor de eindgebruikers op de werkvloer. Je wordt het lokale aanspreekpunt voor IT-ondersteuning Jouw takenpakket Aanspreekpunt voor IT-gerelateerde incidenten van eindgebruikers Lokale uitvoering van service requests die fysieke aanwezigheid vereisen Troubleshooting in samenwerking met onze remote GDC-teams Staging & installatie van laptops en werkplekapparatuur voor nieuwe medewerkers Uitvoeren van functionele testen na wijzigingen aan de IT-omgeving Ondersteunen van lokale IT-projecten waar "hands & eyes" nodig zijn Jouw profiel Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige end-user support functie Hands-on kennis van: Windows 10 Microsoft 365 Active Directory & Azure AD Intune Typische end-user management tools Je bent klantgericht, zelfstandig én een teamplayer Je werkt gestructureerd en communiceert vlot in zowel Nederlands als Engels Waarom kiezen voor deze opdracht?
