Stap binnen in de rijke geschiedenis van Brouwerij Omer Vander Ghinste, een familiebrouwerij die al sinds 1892 een prominente rol speelt op de Belgische biermarkt. Met een perfecte balans tussen traditioneel vakmanschap en de nieuwste brouwinstallaties, brengen wij de ambacht van het brouwen tot leven. 

Onze brouwerij is trots op haar uitgebreide assortiment aan bieren. Van het iconische OMER. tot de karaktervolle smaken van LeFort, Tripel LeFort, Bockor, Kriek Max, Jacobins, BLAUW Export bier en ons nieuwe Ypra's. 

Voor de verdere uitbouw van ons bezoekerscentrum en de coördinatie van onze brouwerijbezoeken zoeken we een Senior Hospitality Manager

In deze sleutelrol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van onze bezoekerservaring en het uitbouwen van ons B2B-aanbod. Met jouw uitgebreide ervaring en bewezen managementskills til je ons bezoekerscentrum naar een hoger niveau. Ben jij die ervaren kracht die wij zoeken?

Jouw verantwoordelijkheid:

  • Strategische planning en aansturing: Je optimaliseert en beheert de gidsenplanning, en zorgt voor een consistente en kwalitatieve ervaring voor elke bezoeker.
  • Groei realiseren in nieuwe markten: Jij hebt oog voor groeikansen en gaat actief aan de slag om nieuwe bezoekers aan te trekken, vooral vanuit de Franse markt.
  • B2B-ontwikkeling: Je hebt ervaring met zakelijke relaties en weet hoe je bedrijfsbezoeken en evenementen professioneel organiseert, van bedrijfsuitjes tot hoogwaardige geschenkverpakkingen.
  • Eventmanagement: Vanuit een proactieve aanpak initieer en leid je evenementen die de zichtbaarheid van ons bezoekerscentrum versterken en onze aantrekkingskracht verhogen.
  • Communicatie & Strategie: Samen met ons marketingteam werk je een strategische communicatieplanning uit voor promotiecampagnes, zowel online als offline.
  • Financiële verantwoordelijkheid: Je volgt facturatie en betalingen nauwkeurig op en werkt accuraat in een administratieve omgeving.
  • Seniority en expertise: Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring op senior- of managementniveau in de toeristische of hospitalitysector. Je begrijpt de dynamiek van bezoekersbegeleiding en gastvrijheid op een hoog niveau.
  • Opleidingsachtergrond: Bachelor in toerisme, marketing of een commerciële richting, of gelijkwaardig door uitgebreide ervaring in hospitality management.
  • Communicatief en commercieel sterk: Je bent vaardig in het opbouwen van relaties en ziet commerciële kansen waar anderen ze missen.
  • Organisatietalent: Gestructureerd, resultaatgericht, en in staat om zowel zelfstandig als met teams te werken. Je hebt bewezen successen geboekt in planning en coördinatie.
  • Taalvaardigheid: Je beheerst het Nederlands, Engels en Frans uitstekend – essentieel voor ons internationale publiek.
  • Flexibel en beschikbaar: Je hebt geen 9-tot-5-mentaliteit en bent bereid om ook in het weekend te werken.
  • Interesse in horeca en biercultuur: Je hebt een passie voor bier of bent bereid je te verdiepen in de Belgische biertraditie.
