Dans le cadre de la croissance constance de ses activités, notre partenaire souhaite s'adjoindre les services d'1 (m/f) HR expert Payroll pour renforcer le département Ressources Humaines.
VOTRE MISSION
L'objectif de cette fonction consiste à coordonner et piloter l'ensemble des activités liées à la gestion de la paie du personnel blue collars & white collars du site (site industriel fonctionnant en 5 pauses), en respectant les délais et les réglementations relatives aux conditions et aux relations de travail.
Rapportant au HR Manager et en étroite collaboration avec le Service Payroll Groupe disponible en support, vos responsabilités consistent à :
- Réaliser l'ensemble des activités préalables à la paie : suivi des pointages et des anomalies et post paie pour les travailleurs
- Gérer toutes les activités liées l'administration du personnel
- Conseiller, informer et répondre aux questions relatives à la législation tant envers la hiérarchie qu'envers le personnel
- Assurer la bonne gestion des assurances collectives (groupe et hospitalisation)
- Calculer et établir et vérifier la compliance des KPI's.
- Intervenir en support administratif aux activités Soft HR (si nécessaire)
- Gestion des visites médicales et suivi admin des AT
- Être la personne de référence des collaborateurs du site, conseiller, informer et répondre aux questions ciblées
- Assurer toutes les interactions avec le Groupe ainsi qu'avec le secrétariat social
- Entretenir des contacts réguliers avec le Payroll Corporate afin de rester informé de la législation en vigueur en évolution permanente
VOTRE PROFIL
Titulaire d'un Bachelier ou Master à orientation RH ou économique complété idéalement d'une expérience de 3 ans dans une fonction similaire.
Excellente connaissance de la législation sociale belge afin de maîtriser les régimes horaires variables (pauses et feu continu), de pouvoir répondre aux questions ciblées des collaborateurs.
Rigueur administrative afin de pouvoir jongler dans les systèmes de gestion intégrée (outil totalement centralisé) ; pragmatique, évidentes capacités de réflexion, d'analyse, de synthèse.
Curiosité afin d'établir des liens entre les différentes ressources, souci du travail bien fait, rigueur et sens du détail.
Sens de la confidentialité et de la discrétion, sens du service, relationnel aisé envers tout niveau d'interlocuteur.
Disponibilité, intégrité, respect scrupuleux des procédures, des dispositions légales et des spécifications internes, sens des priorités, autonomie tout en appréciant le travail d'équipe.
Maitrise de la Suite office (très bonne connaissance de Excel), la connaissance de PROTIME, BLOX est vivement souhaitée.
Se porte garant de l'interface entre les différents systèmes (gestion du temps, gestion de la paie).
Maîtrise du français (lu, parlé, écrit) et bonne connaissance de l'anglais, la connaissance du nlds est un plus.
