Als Digitalisation & Data Officer ben jij de brug tussen de operationele teams en alles wat met data en digitalisering te maken heeft. Je begeleidt de implementatie van digitale tools en processen, en zorgt ervoor dat data correct, actueel en bruikbaar is. Zo draag je bij aan betrouwbare rapportering en een efficiënte werking van onze digitale systemen. Jouw kernverantwoordelijkheden bestaan o.A. uit : Ondersteuning in digitale tools: Je begeleidt de overgang naar nieuwe digitale tools en zorgt voor opleiding en ondersteuning van de interne teams. Datakwaliteit: Je verzamelt, controleert en structureert master data, en bewaakt de juistheid en consistentie ervan. Rapportering: Je onderhoudt en bereidt dashboards en prestatierapporten voor voor het management. Je staat mee in voor de operationele opvolging in functie van de vooropgestelde KPI's. Procesverbetering: Je werkt continu aan de optimalisatie van digitale processen en rapportering in nauwe samenwerking met IT en de operationele teams.
