Korte introductie Alcom electronics, behorend tot de Europese Steliau Technology Groep, geeft de toon aan in de Benelux als distributeur en agent van Elektronische Componenten, Wireless Modules, Wireless & Industrial Controls Networking, Display oplossingen, Power Management en Embedded Computing. Jobomschrijving In deze sleutelpositie ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel de volledige locale boekhouding als de personeelsadministratie. In deze functie ondersteun je het Alcom management en rapporteer je periodiek aan de internationale groep. Je combineert hands-on uitvoering met analytisch inzicht en bent een vertrouwde partner voor zowel management als collega’s. Boekhouding & Finance· Boekhouding A-Z: verwerken en controleren van alle boekhoudkundige verrichtingen· Debiteuren- en leveranciersopvolging· Btw-aangiftes, IC-listing, klantenlisting· Maand- en kwartaalafsluitingen, inclusief periodieke rapportering van financiële resultaten· Voorbereiden van de jaarafsluiting en samenwerking met externe auditor· Financiële rapporteringen en statistieken (NBB, FOD Economie, Intrastat)· Aanspreekpunt voor interne afdelingen bij financiële vragen· Optimaliseren van financiële processen en systemen HR & Personeelsadministratie· Opstellen en beheren contracten, personeelsdossiers en HR-documentatie· Coördinatie van payroll in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat· Verlof- en afwezigheidsbeheer· Eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers bij HR-gerelateerde vragen· Mee uitwerken en verbeteren van HR-processen en -beleid· Toezien op naleving van sociale wetgeving en interne procedures· Rapportering van HR-data Je profiel Ervaring & KennisSterke kennis van boekhoudprincipes en rapporteringsprocessenErvaring met maand- en jaarafsluitingInzicht in Belgische sociale wetgevingVlotte communicatie in Nederlands, Frans en Engels VaardighedenJe werkt nauwkeurig, proactief en autonoomJe hebt een sterk analytisch vermogenJe bent discreet en betrouwbaar in het omgaan met financiële en HR-gegevensJe houdt van structuur, maar blijft flexibel bij deadlinesMensen voelen zich comfortabel bij jou: empathisch, duidelijk en correct Alcom biedt Een spilfunctie binnen een gezonde, internationale KMO met directe impact in zowel finance als HR;Ruimte voor zelfstandigheid, initiatief en persoonlijke groei;Een fantastisch team in een bedrijf met langetermijnvisie en een no-nonsense mentaliteit;Competitief salarispakket met bonusregeling, extralegale voordelen en alle middelen om efficiënt te werken.
