Je gaat regelmatig met jouw teamleden in gesprek zodat ze jou op korte termijn als hun commerciële coach ervaren. Met jouw strategisch inzicht zet je het commercieel beleid van het kantoor uit, in lijn met de commerciële strategie van Group Induver. Daarbij heb je oog voor een sterke diversificatie wat commerciële benaderingsvormen betreft. Je vertaalt het commercieel beleid naar concrete doelstellingen—zowel op individueel niveau als voor het hele kantoor—en volgt de vooruitgang hiervan op. Samen met het Development-team zorg je ervoor dat kennis, kunde en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan binnen jouw team. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor een heldere rapportering en zet je je in om deze verder te optimaliseren. Je hebt oog voor evoluties binnen het verzekerings(distributie)landschap en weet hier proactief op in te spelen. Wie zoeken we? Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma met een stevige commerciële ervaring in de verzekeringssector. Jouw drive werkt aanstekelijk, je bent resultaatgericht ondernemend en proactief. Je hebt sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en weet hoe je mensen kunt motiveren en enthousiasmeren.
