Pour l'un de nos clients, nous recherchons un CFO bras droit du CEO au niveau Executif pour la périphérie Sud Bruxelles. À propos de l'entreprise Notre client est un groupe entrepreneurial structuré , actif dans plusieurs activités complémentaires, avec une dynamique de croissance soutenue et une vision long terme. L'organisation se distingue par une culture pragmatique, orientée performance, avec une forte proximité entre la direction générale et les fonctions clés. Dans le cadre d'une transition planifiée , le groupe souhaite recruter son/sa futur(e) Chief Financial Officer (CFO) afin d'assurer la continuité, d'accompagner la croissance et de renforcer le pilotage financier stratégique. Une phase de passation avec le CFO actuel est prévue. Votre rôle En tant que CFO, vous êtes un véritable partenaire stratégique du CEO . Vous pilotez la performance financière globale du groupe, accompagnez les décisions stratégiques et contribuez activement au développement et à la structuration des différentes entités. Le rôle est résolument orienté finance stratégique et croissance , avec une fonction comptable déjà structurée et encadrée par un responsable dédié. Responsabilités principales Définir et piloter la stratégie financière du groupe Accompagner le CEO dans la prise de décisions stratégiques (investissements, croissance, allocation du capital) Superviser la performance financière de l'ensemble des entités du groupe Structurer et optimiser les outils de pilotage financier et de reporting Encadrer et faire grandir une équipe finance pluridisciplinaire Garantir la fiabilité des analyses financières, budgets et prévisions Apporter une vision transversale et long terme sur les projets du groupe Être force de proposition dans un environnement entrepreneurial Organisation & management Équipe finance structurée (comptabilité, contrôle de gestion, support financier) Management basé sur la confiance , l'autonomie et la responsabilisation Leadership attendu sans micro-management, avec la capacité d'apporter de la rigueur lorsque nécessaire Formation supérieure en finance, gestion ou équivalent Expérience confirmée dans une fonction financière senior (CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance) Expérience avérée en management d'équipes Forte capacité analytique et excellente maîtrise des enjeux financiers Esprit structuré, pragmatique et orienté solutions Capacité d'adaptation dans un environnement en évolution Aisance dans une relation étroite avec la direction générale Le groupe recherche un profil dynamique, agile et intellectuellement solide , capable de s'inscrire dans une relation de confiance avec le CEO et de jouer un rôle central dans la gouvernance.
