Als consultant begeleid je organisaties in hun digitale transformatie- en verandertrajecten. Je tekent mee de governance uit, vertaalt de strategie naar concrete doelstellingen en een pragmatische aanpak, en ondersteunt bij de implementatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat gebruikers écht mee zijn in de verandering. Zo draag je bij aan de implementatie van de juiste digitale oplossingen, maar ook aan de verankering van de juiste mindset en skills, en maak je organisaties écht wendbaar. Is er een match? Let's have a look 👀 Je hebt een masterdiploma en tussen de 3 à 8 jaar ervaring in consulting, project en change management of digitale transformatie Je werkt graag in verschillende industrieën om je kennis en ervaring uit te breiden Je bent ervan overtuigd dat het succes van een project om meer dan technologie alleen draait. Je weet hoe je met mensen en de weerstand tegen de verandering omgaat Je begrijpt de businessomgevingen, marktdynamieken en eindgebruikers om zo de impact van (technologische) verandering op de organisatie en mensen te kunnen inschatten en managen Je bent een bruggenbouwer , die graag mensen activeert en inspireert Je bent een zeer sterke communicator, je begrijpt je doelpubliek en weet je bericht hier perfect op aan te passen (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk). Workshops faciliteren geeft je bakken energie Je durft je authentieke zelf te zijn en bent nieuwsgierig, ondernemend en proactief. Je ziet jezelf helemaal passen in een zelfsturende organisatie Je praat vlot Nederlands en Engels (et un peu de français) Klaar voor je volgende stap? 🤝 Laat van je horen Je komt terecht in een authentiek, getalenteerd en enthousiast team waar jij verder kan groeien.
