We're Hiring: Senior Agile Project Manager Are you a hands-on Software Engineer who thrives in Agile environments? Do you love solving complex problems, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams? If so, this role could be a perfect match. We're looking for a talented Senior Agile Project Manager to join our team and help us design, build, and maintain critical applications that power our organisation. This is a highly impactful role that blends engineering, Agile delivery, and DevOps practices. What You'll Be Doing Application Development & Architecture Build and maintain high-quality applications using best practices and modern architectures. Analyse functional/technical requirements and turn them into actionable development tasks. Create data models, process flows, prototypes, and technical documentation. Develop robust test suites (unit, functional, integration). Explore and recommend technical solutions that align with standards. Agile Delivery & Project Execution Drive Agile delivery from roadmap and sprint planning through to deployment. Work closely with teams to define user stories, plan sprints, and manage backlogs. Participate in stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and other ceremonies. Promote Agile best practices and enable self-organising, high-performing teams. Maintain full visibility of progress, risks, and improvements through Jira/Confluence. Manage change requests within sprints while keeping delivery on track. DevOps & Deployment Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, tests, and deployments. Support application deployment, configuration, and monitoring. Help embed DevOps principles into everyday Agile workflows. Documentation & Support Produce clear technical and user documentation. Provide 3rd-line support and troubleshoot complex issues. Coach teammates and contribute to internal knowledge sharing. Tech Stack You'll Be Working With Java .NET Framework / .NET Core Microsoft 365 ecosystem Business Objects CI/CD tools & automation Data modelling, process modelling, technical specification design What We're Looking For Agile & Delivery Experience Solid experience with Scrum/Kanban. Strong understanding of PM2 methodology (or willingness to learn). Skilled in backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and continuous improvement. Tools & DevOps Proficient with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. Experience building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Skilled in interpreting Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, CFD). Experience with TDD or other quality-focused development practices. Soft Skills Great communicator and collaborator. Proactive, curious, and self-driven. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to mentor and support peers. Nice-to-Haves Experience in complex enterprise environments. Exposure to cross-functional or multi-disciplinary teams.
