Program Manager - Microsoft 365 Integration We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with expertise in Microsoft 365 to lead the integration of this platform in our organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in integrating Microsoft 365 services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders. Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners. Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Drive user adoption and change management through effective communication strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in IT program management, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365. Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects in the banking or financial services sector. Deep knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and security standards in FSIs. Expertise in Microsoft 365 enterprise tools, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange. Familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI, and integration with M365. Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience. Ability to lead change and overcome resistance, particularly around AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
