**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement workflows, plugins, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity during system upgrades.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all customizations, configurations, and processes.
**Must Have Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, including plugins, workflows, and customizations.
- Strong knowledge of C#,.NET, and JavaScript.
- Experience with SQL Server for database management, queries, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with the Dynamics 365 SDK and related development tools.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and integration techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
**Nice to have**:
- Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-500 or equivalent).
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Azure services such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Understanding of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data migration tasks.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
