**We expect you to**:
**-**Have at least 3 years of demonstrable experience in ERP Software Development (preferably on the Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management platform, using X++).

- Demonstrate proficiency in customizing, configuring, and extending the Dynamics 365 platform to meet specific business requirements, by exhibiting strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business scenarios using Dynamics 365 functionalities.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 features, updates, and best practices, and leverage this knowledge to recommend improvements and optimizations.

- Bring flexibility as needed to implement changing requirements according to client needs by adhering to industry and technology trends.

- Be fluent in English.

It is preferred to:
- Have the ability for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their business and service needs, and providing tailored solutions of quality.

- Be fluent in Dutch.

It is a plus if you:
- Have any additional experience in Dynamics 365 related technologies (e.g.:.NET C#, Azure Integration Services or other integration technologies, Power Platform, Fabric, etc.).

- Are fluent in French.

What you'll do

**What you'll do**

As a Software Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP platform solutions, you will:

- Define and analyze technical requirements.
- Design technical solutions & develop customizations on the Dynamics 365 ERP platform.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide support in integrating and optimizing their ERP systems.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, analyzing, designing, coding, testing, deploying, and maintaining the solutions.
- Collaborate with on
- and offshore teams to bring the best quality to our customers.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards, while seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the Dynamics 365 ERP ecosystem.
