**Context**:

- Team info : what does the team do?

Shana is part of the digital technology workplace team which is part of the IT Infrastructure team.
Managing the Office 365 solutions - the different modules, the power platform, the collaboration modules in Sharepoint, Teams, One Drive, managing also Veeva - the full spectrum of Office 365.

There is a self-service provisioning platform built inhouse to allow the end users to request themselves resources like Sharepoint sites or Teams to be able to collaborate together
Searching for a 365 Expert who is also a developer who can assist on maintaining that code of the platform and building the new functionalities, making sure that the current functionalities are working (maintenance of those functionalities).
Examples of functionalities: creation of Sharepoint sites that need to be improved/optimized; or if we want to send a particular communication when a user is leaving the company

**Task / Daily activities**:

- daily scrum meetings, discussing what were the difficulties of the day before in case they need help, what are they working on at the moment, the normal agile way of working
- implementations of new functionalities, bug fixing (3 weeks of implementation, one week of testing and releasing in the different environments)
- helping with the coordination of the testing
- the testing is done by the functional team located in India
- each month discussing what kind of activities to be tackled, what bugs are seen, what needs to be resolved in the next coming month and what functionalities can be added or improved on the provisioning platform

**Competencies**:

- Hard skills: tools - Office 365, C Sharp, ASP.NET and Microsoft Graph API, Azure
- Soft skills: Team spirit, autonomy

Must-haves:
Expertise in Office 365, C Sharp, ASP.NET and Microsoft Graph API (all these functionalities are used in the self-service provisioning platform built inhouse/ the code is built on

C Sharp and ASP.NET MVC)
Location: Belgium - Hybrid policy - 2 days in the office and 3 days at homeworking;
No full remote working; coming on site weekly is a requirement in order to connect with the team and have a good team spirit even as a developer; coming one week per month is not an option (difficulty in communication, fitting in the team, having connection with the team -based on previous bad experience)
Languages: English (mandatory); Dutch and/or French (an added valued)

**Nice to have**:
Knowledge of Azure (the back end of our solutions is hosted in Azure)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 1000 Brussel: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
