**Overview**:
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, map them to Dynamics 365 capabilities, and deliver customized solutions that enhance business efficiency and drive success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules to meet client-specific needs.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system adoption and usage.
- Perform gap analysis to identify business challenges and propose tailored solutions within Dynamics 365.
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective implementation of solutions.
- Ensure successful deployment and integration of Dynamics 365 solutions, aligning with client expectations and timelines.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented systems, addressing issues and optimizing functionality as needed.

**Must Have Skills**:

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations.
- Experience in requirement gathering and business process mapping to design optimal solutions.
- Proficiency in configuring Dynamics 365, including workflows, entities, and business rules.
- Knowledge of data migration and integration techniques to ensure seamless system transitions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles for efficient project execution.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and addressing business challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-300, MB-310).
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate.
- Basic understanding of SQL and data modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with third-party integrations and APIs.
- Experience in change management and user adoption strategies to drive successful implementations.
