As an AI Workforce Specialist, you will lead the charge in transforming how organizations adopt and scale AI-powered productivity across AI Workforce solutions (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Chat, Agents, Viva, ME3, ME5, Frontline Worker, Windows 365, AVD, Windows 365 Link) and build strategies with customers, collaborating across different groups inside the Customer environment to successfully enable customers to drive and adopt AI transformation. You will lead consultative customer conversations and collaborate on the planning, orchestration and execution of end-to-end AI Workforce solutions opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyondQualificationsRequired QualificationsStrong technology-related sales or account management experienceOR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experienceOR equivalent experienceProven experience in selling digital workplace or AI-powered productivity solutions, such as Microsoft 365 (or equivalent platforms), and/or modern AI workforce technologies including but not limited to Copilot (M365, Studio, Chat), intelligent agents, Viva, ME3/ME5, Frontline Worker solutions, Windows 365, AVD, or comparable offeringsPreferred QualificationsExperience selling CRM, ERP or cloud-based business applications to large enterprise accounts. Developing pipeline through BDM networking, assessing strategic customer objectives, digital transformation opportunity discovery, and an ability to measure and present incremental and new economic value from solutions proposed. Ability to sell connected end-to-end business transformation solutions across business units within accounts.Leading/orchestrating sales processes across account planning, opportunity planning, customer decision frameworks, evaluation plans and sophisticated business case discussions.Deal crafting, negotiating terms and contracts for multimillion-dollar digital transformation initiatives.Strong track record and history of exceeding sales quota.Fluent in French OR DutchResponsibilitiesSales Execution: You will Orchestrate a virtual team and assess customer needs to develop strategies that proactively build a stakeholder network to accelerate and close AI Workforce opportunities.Business Value & Consultative Selling: You will foster and expand Microsoft’s relationships with Customer Business Decision.
